Cancel a purchase

You can cancel a purchase made on this site according to the Consumer Protection Law, 1981. Here is how it works, and a form to send us your request.

Your rights

You may cancel within 14 days from the day you received the product, or from the day you received the document with the purchase details, whichever is later.
A cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, may be charged. No fee is charged if the product is defective, does not match its description, or was not delivered on time.
The refund is made within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the payment method you used.
Senior citizens (65+), people with disabilities and new immigrants may cancel within 4 months, when the purchase included a conversation with us (including chat).
By law, some products cannot be cancelled: goods made to your order, perishable goods, and software or media whose seal was opened.
